PM Modi conferred Saudi’s highest civilian honour Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred Saudi Arabia’s highest civilian honour- the King Abdulaziz Sash. The Prime Minister was conferred the prestigious award by King Salman bin Abdulaziz at the Royal Court. The award is named after Abdulaziz Al Saud, the founder of modern Saudi state.
